Participation is not limited to these job functions. Special considerations can be made – please register online and our coordinator will contact you. End-user only, maximum 2 persons per organisation.
Costs
Participation in the event is free. We have some conditions though, please read them carefully.
Included
- Transportation during event activities;
- Hotel room;
- Meals and beverages during event activities.
Not Included
- Travel costs from your originating country to Valencia and back;
- Cab costs from the airport to the hotel and back
You will be liable for a cancellation fee if you cancel within 20 days of the start of the event.
