The Open Line Service Desk is the first point of contact for IT questions of end users.
We continuously improve the support we provide. In the last few years, we have added a number of useful features to our support; for example, chatbot Casey can be found on our Open Line Service Portal for creating or updating a case and finding answers to frequently asked questions. In addition, you can also chat with our Service Desk nowadays.

As icing on the cake, we are now introducing the Support NOW app. From your mobile phone you will then always have our chatbot, chat function and information relevant to you at hand. You can also approve a solution or request with the click of a button.

The Support NOW app is here for everyone; whether you work in healthcare, at a housing corporation or at the municipality, whether you're at your workplace or at home on the couch, the Open Line Service Desk is now closer than ever. What is Support NOW?


In addition to the existing contact options, our Service Desk is now easily accessible via your mobile phone.

Why Support NOW?

  • Accessible and Intuitive: The Support NOW app is low-key and easy to use making it an ideal tool for everyone, regardless of your affinity with IT. The app is available anywhere and anytime via your mobile phone, so access to a (fixed) workplace is not necessary.

  • Powerful Chatbot: Create and update a case, get instant access to answers to frequently asked questions and (video) instructions or start a chat conversation with one of our Service Desk employees.

  • Media Section: Stay up to date with information relevant to you. These include, for example, updates from Open Line, instructions or manuals.

  • Case Actions: Easily approve or reject solutions for your cases directly from within the app. Approval or rejection of requests by managers is also just a click away in the app. And you can close or add information to your case yourself.

  • Push Notifications: Receive push notifications in case of important information, for example, updates on a major outage.

As of May 1, we will make this handy app available.

Prior to that, we will provide our IT contacts with a demo and together make a technical and communication plan for installing the app. We have already prepared a number of handy manuals and communications for you. As additional support, we physically visit the larger offices to provide a helping hand. This way the end users can experience all the benefits of this fast and easy way to contact us.
