Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Specialist to join our dynamic team. Working closely with our partners and clients, you will contribute to the creation and implementation of cutting-edge data solutions across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful patterns and insights.
• Design and develop predictive models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to support various business objectives.
• Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and clean data, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the analysis process.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and technology, leveraging knowledge sharing and assurance within the organization.
• Research and implement solutions with clients in various industries, leveraging internal workshops, labs, and coaching facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as data manipulation and machine learning and AI libraries.
• Strong understanding of database systems and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools to communicate complex findings effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.
