We are looking for a driven Network and Connectivity Consultant with experience in Routing, Switching and Firewall technologies. Ideally you have a Cisco CCNA certificate, but if that is not the case, we do hope that you are willing to obtain this certificate (with our help). As a person and professional you are fascinated by networking and connectivity challenges, whereas security is embedded in you DNA and way of thinking.

What will you be doing as a Network and Connectivity Consultant at Open Line? As a Network and Connectivity Consultant you will never have a boring day. You can express your passion for Networking and Connectivity to the fullest within one of our customer teams. This multidisciplinary team will be depending on your insights, skills and customer focus within your area of expertise. And – most important – our customers will benefit from your skills and solutions. Either as part of a project or in resolving issues within the infrastructure of the customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking on networking tasks within the team;
  • Being open to learn and try new things but also teach others on how to solve networking and connectivity challenges;
  • Participate in the maintenance, expansion and innovations of the client's network systems;
  • Be part of the project team when onboarding new customers or implementing new networking infrastructures.

In addition, we are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has demonstrated bachelor work and thinking level;
  • Has experience in - and demonstrable affinity with – network and connectivity infrastructures;
  • Is a process-oriented thinker and worker;
  • Likes to be part of a team;
  • Does like an occasional joke and has a healthy sense of humour;
  • Does not go out of the way in taking responsibility.
