Report a vulnerability

Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure

Have you discovered a security vulnerability in one of our systems, or do you suspect there is one? Please report it to us as soon as possible, using the form below or by e-mailing security@openline.nl.

Please keep the following in mind

  • Provide detailed information: describe the vulnerability as precisely as possible, including the steps to reproduce it. This helps us understand the problem faster and fix it sooner.

  • Do not share the vulnerability with others: do not disclose anything publicly until we have had the chance to fix the problem. This prevents malicious parties from exploiting it.

  • We will keep you informed: if you leave your contact details, we will keep in touch with you about our progress.

  • Please be patient: it may take some time to fully investigate and fix the vulnerability. You will hear from us as soon as we know more.

  • Stay within the law: make sure you act lawfully and follow ethical guidelines when discovering and reporting the vulnerability.

  • Keep a record: keep a copy of your report and our messages for your own records.

Reporting responsibly not only helps protect our systems, it also makes the online environment safer for everyone. Thank you for that.
